1. Who We Are

5. Payment Data and PKR Transactions
All financial transactions on m666 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). m666 accepts Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard. Payment processing for card transactions is handled by PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processors — full card numbers are never stored on m666 servers.
For mobile wallet transactions (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay), m666 receives confirmation of the transaction amount and your registered mobile number from the payment provider. We use this data solely to credit your account balance and to verify that the payment method belongs to you.
All PKR transaction records — deposits, withdrawals, bonus credits, and bet settlements — are retained in your m666 account transaction history, which you can view at any time when logged in. These records are also retained by m666 for the periods described in Section 8 (Data Retention).
Third-party payment providers: When you make a payment through Easypaisa, JazzCash, or any other payment provider, that provider's own privacy policy applies to the data you share with them directly. m666 receives only the confirmation data necessary to process your transaction and does not have access to your full payment provider account details.

No marketing data sharing: m666 does not share your contact details — including your mobile number registered for Easypaisa or JazzCash — with any third party for marketing purposes. Promotional communications come only from m666 itself, and only where you have opted in.
8. Data Retention
m666 retains your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to the following retention periods:
- Active account data: Retained for the lifetime of your m666 account. If you close your account, your personal profile data is retained for a minimum of 5 years to comply with anti-money laundering and financial record-keeping requirements.
- Transaction records: All PKR deposit, withdrawal, and betting records are retained for a minimum of 7 years from the date of the transaction.
- KYC documents: Identity verification documents are retained for the duration of your account plus 5 years after account closure.
- Support communications: Live chat transcripts and email correspondence are retained for 2 years from the date of the communication.
- Marketing data: If you have opted into marketing communications, your contact details for this purpose are retained until you opt out. Following an opt-out, we will retain a record of your opt-out to ensure we do not contact you again.

We never share your mobile number or email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes. All marketing communications you receive will come from m666 only.
